States We Ship To
- Fleur de Luxe currently will ship alcoholic beverages ONLY to the following states: California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), District of Columbia (DC), Florida (FL), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Illinois (IL),
Iowa (IA), Minnesota (MN), Missouri (MO), New Mexico (NM), Oregon (OR), Texas (TX), Washington (WA), West Virginia (WV), and Wisconsin (WI).
- By law, FleurdeLuxe.com may NOT ship alcoholic beverages to the following states: Alabama (AL), Arkansas (AR), Arizona (AZ), Kansas (KS), Maine (ME), Massachusetts (MA), Maryland (MD), Mississippi (MS), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Ohio (OH), Pennsylvania (PA), and Utah (UT).
Shipping Methods & Fees
- We use "Ground" (except Hawaii) as our standard shipping method, unless you request other shipping options (2nd Day air or Overnight delivery)
- We usually ship orders within the same day after credit card approval.
- We use UPS, FedEx and DHL as our shipping carriers for direct shipments and standard deliveries.
- All shipments that contain wine require an adult signature for receipt. This adult individual MUST be over 21 years of age.
- Shipping charges for wine shipments are calculated in the Shopping Cart at the end of the Checkout process unless otherwise indicated by other promotions.
- If a wine item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and recommend an equivalent substitute or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment.
- By law, we cannot ship wine or items that include wine to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping is only available within the United States and Canada.
- Title passes to the buyer at the time of purchase.
- The insurance fee will only cover damages caused in transport and NOT any damage caused by weather conditions.
- A sales tax will be applied to all shipments within California based on the Zip Code of the "Ship To" address.
- When possible, we recommend that you designate your business address as the "Ship To" location, where a person over 21 years of age will be present to sign for the items upon delivery.

Sales Tax
Tax Information for Shipments within the U.S.
Fleur de Luxe is required to charge sales tax in the state of California where we have a retail location, storage facilities, and other operations. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order in accordance with local tax laws. In some counties, the taxable total may include charges for shipping, handling and gift wrap (if applicable). Fleur de Luxe charges sales tax in California. Sales tax is calculated at the time of checkout based upon the Zip Code specified in the shipping destination of your order. If your order has more than one shipping address, sales tax will be applied to the individual items in your order based upon the specific "Ship To" destinations. No sales tax is charged on the purchase of Gift Certificates. However, purchases paid for with Gift Certificates or with coupons will be charged sales tax in accordance with the applicable laws.
Tax Information for Shipments to Canada
Duty and taxes are payable on most items imported into Canada. Applicable duties and taxes are not calculated or charged during checkout. The Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) will
examine your order and determine the applicable duties and taxes upon importation into Canada. The amount of duty and tax owed, if any, will be shown on Form E-14, Customs Postal Import Form,
which is attached to the order.
